So as promised before I will tell you
about our trip from Toronto to Quebec city and back. We have visited:
Ottawa, Montreal, Montmorency Falls, Quebec city, Upper Canada
Village.
During this trip we have covered around
1700 km by car.
So Ottawa.
On our first impression the capital of
Canada has seemed as pretty much nice and beautiful city to us.
With a nice and quiet (compare to
Toronto) downtown.
With a splendid British style buildings
on the Parliament Hill.
With a “Big Ban”.
With an endless fire.
Quebec province is begin just across
the river via Gatineau city. View on Canadian Museum of Civilization.
The explorer and father of New France
Samuel de Champlain statue on Nepean Point.
Sparks str. an outdoor pedestrian
street. It is nice to take a walk there.
We were meeting Ottawa on the run
because we would like to reach Montreal till 10 pm. That is why we
could be able just take fluent look on this city. But we had promise
to ourself come back again and stay there for a couple of days.
Actually we also wanted to see the
famous tulip festival but whether we were looking in wrong places or
just there were some mistakes we have seen just a few mot looking
good tulips in Major's Hill Park.
To be continued.
